BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Intake Attorney for its San Diego, CA office to work with clients, including property owners and managers, on landlord‑tenant matters and assess eviction viability.

Duties include assisting clients through every phase of eviction, providing legal consultations, conducting research, drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and supporting court appearances.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active California Bar license.
• General knowledge of civil litigation.
• Preferred: Knowledge of landlord‑tenant principles.
• Preferred: Familiarity with the litigation process and California Civil Code.
• Preferred: Experience with the rental housing industry.
