Job summary

Sinnissippi Centers seeks an Intact Family Resource Specialist to deliver home- and community-based services to families involved in the DCFS system. You will assist clinicians with caseloads, obtain medical and school records, and help plan Child and Family Team Meetings, while monitoring new safety protocols.

The role is primarily home-based with time at the Sterling Office and client homes, requiring travel and flexibility to serve families in their environments.

Qualifications

• Two years of child welfare or behavioral health experience required.
• Good computer and organizational skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation for community visits is needed.

This position will provide client home and community-based services to families involved in the DCFS system. The goal of this program is keeping families together as well as enhancing family functioning. This support role with assist clinicians with managing increasing caseloads, screenings, obtaining comprehensive medical/school records, assisting with planning of Child and Family Team Meetings, and monitoring new safety protocols. This position is primarily home-based, but will include time spent at our Sterling Office, traveling, and providing services in our clients' homes.

Requirements

• Two years of child welfare or behavioral health experience required.
• Good computer and organizational skills a must.
• Reliable transportation for community-based home visits is needed.
