Job description

The Intact Family Services Case Manager provides in-home services to identify service needs while assessing child and family safety. Under the assigned supervisor, provides direct casework management, counseling, or mental health services to children and families within agencies, policies, and program context; utilizes human service principles in developing relationships, assessment, and development of service plans.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's in Human Services and/or Related Field required
2. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years experience in the field preferred
3. Licensure: CWEL - Child Welfare Licensure preferred
4. Other: Auto Insurance, Driver's License, Physical Exam/TB

Job Duties Include:

• Completing client assessments, developing strength-based service plans, using SACWICS data system, coordinating services with community resources, crisis intervention, and assisting families with employment, housing, daycare, and basic needs.
• Arranging transportation for families, participating in court proceedings, and acting as a liaison with multiple agencies to advocate for family services.
• Home-based service experience and CWEL preferred.
• Working well in team environments, researching issues, developing solutions, and demonstrating organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Position covers multiple counties.
