Our clients are seeking CWEL licensed Foster Care Case Managers/Child Welfare Specialists for Intact Services in the Joliet area.

HOURLY RATE
* Up to $30/hr. compensation is dependent on Contractor's experience, education, availability, and skills

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
* Carry a caseload of up to 10 cases
* Perform a range of social work duties, including gathering and analysis of data and the formulation of treatment plans
* Formulate understanding of clients' situations, providing appropriate services to meet client/family needs
* Transport clients and supervise the facilitation of sibling and parental visits, following DCFS policies
* Attend juvenile court, collaborative conferences with DCFS, school staffing and other meetings that may impact the well-being of the client and the family
* Advocate for clients' best interest in school settings, at juvenile court, and in any other systems which interface with the client and the family
* Link client and their families with community resources to help meet treatment goals
* Perform record keeping functions and other administrative duties as required by the Agency
* Collaborate with other agency personnel, supervisor, appropriate specialists or consultants on specific case related problems

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
* CWEL - Must be active
* CERAP - Must be active
* Licensing must include qualification to perform Intact services
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
* Weekly hours: Mon-Fri 11am-7pm (some flexibility)
* Valid DL and insurance for transporting
