Job description

The Payroll Support Consultant requires a blend of technical payroll expertise, client service excellence, and project management capabilities to support teams in Client Onboarding and Account Management. Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to facilitate smooth transitions, resolve payroll related issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes.

  • Guide clients through payroll system integrations, advocating best practices and system capabilities.
  • Maintain client relationships to ensure ongoing needs are met.

  • Two years of experience in payroll administration, preferably in the retirement plan or financial services industry

Compensation
  • The salary for this position generally ranges between $61,000-$68,000. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law. The range may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Rule 4.1.2.
  • Bonus Eligibility: This position is also typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at Company Discretion.
