Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and precertification for scheduled services.
• Pre-register patient cases with accurate intake and eligibility details.
• Coordinate with physician offices and other departments to gather needed information.
• Maintain accuracy and timely processing of authorizations and documentation.
• Protect patient privacy and HIPAA compliance in all communications.
• Communicate with patients about cost estimates and scheduling details.
