Responsibilities

• Monitors patient work queues to determine verification needs.
• Coordinates with physician's offices to obtain pre-certification and benefits.
• Pre-registers patient cases with complete information.
• Verifies insurance coverage and eligibility for scheduled services.
• Ensures HIPAA-compliant handling of patient information.
