• Experienced in cardiology scheduling, front desk, and basic hospital/physician coding.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews with patients and families to verify insurance coverage and obtain benefit information.
• Make referrals to financial assistance services for patients with less than 100% coverage.
• Assist patients with medical coverage; perform scheduling and administrative duties as needed.
