Job summary

Wilpage Inc is seeking a reliable Insurance Verification representative in suburban Passaic County, NJ. This role verifies insurance benefits and obtains authorizations for equipment or services via phone, fax, or email.

You will contact customers to explain benefits and out-of-pocket costs, print prescriptions, print delivery tickets, and schedule deliveries. The position is full- or part-time with hours 9am–5pm, and benefits begin after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; college degree preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and eager to learn.

Privately held, Provider of Complex Rehabilitation products seeks a full or part-time Insurance Verification representative. Position based in suburban Passaic County.

Verify insurance benefits and obtain insurance authorizations for products and services via telephone, fax or email.

Make and return calls to Customers to explain insurance benefits, copays and other out of pocket costs for equipment or services.

Print prescriptions and obtain signatures from physicians via telephone, fax and email.

Schedule deliveries with customers and print delivery tickets.

Scan and retrieve documents as needed.

Working knowledge of MS Office and High School Diploma required, college degree preferred.

Hours are 9AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday with 1 hour for lunch. Flexible hours available for part time work.

Health insurance and other benefits available after 90 days. Two weeks vacation and 401k available after one year of service.

Salary/Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
