Job summary

Your day includes explaining copays and out-of-pocket costs, printing prescriptions, scheduling deliveries, and scanning documents.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently and eager to learn.
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations for products and services via telephone, fax or email.
• Explain insurance benefits, copays and out-of-pocket costs to customers.
• Print prescriptions and obtain physician signatures via telephone, fax and email.
• Schedule deliveries with customers and print delivery tickets.
• Scan and retrieve documents as needed.
