YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR INSURANCE VERIFICATION COORDINATOR

You start your day reviewing the upcoming schedule and verifying each patient's eligibility, benefits, waiting periods, limitations, and frequency, well before they arrive. You call insurance carriers with confidence, confirm details, collect reference numbers, and then enter everything into our practice software with precision. When questions arise, you're the calm, knowledgeable voice that supports our front desk and clinical team, ensuring everyone is aligned on coverage and next steps. Behind the scenes, you keep patient insurance records spotless, compliant, and easy to navigate—and because you always uphold HIPAA standards, patients and teammates know they can trust your work.
