Job summary

Salus Group, a benefits consulting firm and subsidiary of NFP, seeks a detail-oriented professional to support variance tracking and billing processes. You will review audit logs, resolve variances, and maintain internal records while handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
• High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Problem solving skills to determine root cause.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
• Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
• Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
• Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
