Job summary

Salus Group, part of NFP, is seeking a detail-oriented billing analyst to review variance logs, correct discrepancies, and update audit records. You will collaborate with the billing team to ensure accurate employee deductions and timely reporting.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), and strong communication skills. Experience with benefits admin software (BSwift) is a plus; join a people-first corporate culture and competitive benefits

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with MS Office including intermediate Excel.
• Strong people, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
• Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
• Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
• Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
