Job summary

The candidate should have a high school diploma, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication abilities, with a focus on precise problem solving and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
  • High level of people skills; able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Problem solving skills to determine root cause.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
  • Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
  • Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
  • Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

Essential Functions
  • Review, Bswift, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
  • Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
  • Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.

  • Additional tasks as assigned.
