Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate Excel.
• Strong ability to handle sensitive information and communicate clearly.
• Strong problem solving to determine root cause.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Review, variance audit log, variance report and carrier billing to identify the cause.
• Resolve variance based on findings by emailing appropriate source and/or correcting Bswift.
• Update variance audit log, variance report and internal spreadsheets.
• Email billing team if employee deduction is affected.
• Additional tasks as assigned.
