Job summary

Sapiens seeks a Lead Business Value Delivery Architect to guide solution design from presales through delivery, spanning P&C, Life, and Reinsurance. You will ensure business outcomes are defined, measurable, and embedded in architecture, with strong emphasis on non-functional requirements, security, and scalable migrations.

The role blends presales insight with delivery execution, focusing on SaaS migrations and modern AI-enabled platforms for a global insurer environment.

Qualifications

• Must have track record designing or leading solution design in complex, enterprise insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to both a head of claims and an engineer across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance.
• Strong on non functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration, operability.
• Experience with legacy to SaaS or core platform migration work.
• Comfortable operating in a function still being built; process and tooling defined in parallel with first deals.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and Born-in-the-Cloud deployments; AI-enabled delivery.

Responsibilities

• Value Definition – Presales solution design.
• Engage during the sales cycle from discovery to down select to define opportunity context.
• Frame the solution around business outcomes and map to platform delivery.
• Establish a client-approved post-go-live baseline and success metrics.
• Own the definition of done and alignment to business outcomes.
• Explicitly cover non-functional requirements: performance, security, integration, data migration.
• Feed into the implementation plan with dependencies and sequencing.
• Resolve gaps with Product and R&D; decide core platform vs extension layer.
• Support the bid with clear assumptions; ensure delivery integrity.
• Hand over a documented design to delivery and maintain its integrity.
• Stay engaged through quarterly reviews to catch value drift early.
• Migration outcomes across product portfolio and beyond.
• Lead AI tooling usage and define standards for AI outputs.
