Sapiens is seeking an experienced Solution Architect who operates between presales and delivery across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance. The role emphasizes non-functional and operational requirements, cloud-native delivery, and alignment of client outcomes with platform capabilities.

You will own the solution end-to-end, engaging during deals, defining done, and shaping migration and integration strategies. This is a strategic, cross-team role in a rapidly evolving SaaS environment.

Competenze

• Track record designing or leading solution design in complex, enterprise insurance implementations.
• Ability to speak credibly to both a head of claims and an engineer across P&C, Life, and Reinsurance.
• Strong focus on non-functional and operational requirements: performance, scale, availability, security, integration, operability.
• Demonstrated ability to hold the professional and outcome vector and align internal teams and clients to business outcomes.
• Experience with legacy to SaaS or core platform migration work.
• Comfort operating in a function still being built with processes and tooling defined in parallel with first deals.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms and Born-in-the-Cloud organizations.
• Proficiency with AI-driven tools to design, optimize, and scale enterprise architectures.

• Collaborate with Product and R&D to resolve platform gaps.
• Lead the depth behind presales and industry expert teams; presales surfaces opportunities and you architect the solution.
• Provide clear assumptions to support fixed-price commercial constructs.
• Move into rapid planning post-signing; hand over a documented design to delivery and safeguard integrity throughout.
