Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. is seeking an Underwriting Support professional in Brentwood, TN, to assist in registration and assignment of prospectuses and insurance services requests under supervision.

You will work with underwriters to issue policies, endorsements and certificates while maintaining detailed records and supporting billing and credentialing processes. The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, with 2+ years in insurance or underwriting preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Register and assign prospectuses and endorsements.
• Prepare and send Certificates of Insurance for all business types.
• Billing and issuance of credits for New Business, Renewals, Endorsements and Cancellations.
• Handle Compulsory Auto Insurance Tail Issuance.
• Process name and address changes in SISE (no money endorsements).
• Follow up on monthly Billing, Values or inventories reports.
• Handle mailing: renewal requests, good standing certificat}, and returned policies.
• Review applications and documents for specialty lines of business.
• Premium collections and issue payment letters.
• Assist customers with service issues; attend Turnos PR appointments.
• Handle client and producer service calls.
• Assist requisition materials process; manage receipt and distribution to employees.
