Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows-based software applications.
• Basic typing skills and accurate data entry.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of basic P&C insurance, forms, endorsements, rating methods, and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Correspondence with agents or carriers for information and renewal reminder letters.
• Requesting company-issued endorsements.
• Prepping files.
• Binding in the Binding Portals and processing through the in-house system.
• Provide timely and accurate customer service.
