Responsibilities

• Support underwriting processes through administrative and operational tasks (e.g., data entry, filing).
• Prepare and submit forms, reports, and documentation required by state insurance bureaus.
• Assist with policy reviews and underwriting-related research.
• Manage requests related to loss prevention activities and follow-up actions.
• Draft and distribute correspondence to agents, policyholders, regulatory agencies, and internal partners.
• Conduct online research to gather information supporting underwriting decisions.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Monitor work queues and manage multiple assignments to meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve departmental goals.
• Learn insurance processes, systems, and compliance requirements through on-the-job training.
