REMOTE WORK FROM HOME

Leading insurer seeks an experienced Environmental Lines and Classes Underwriter.

Candidate will underwrite for:

• Natural Disaster Triggered Pollution
• Pesticide-Herbicide Overspray
• Misapplication of Biosolids and Manure
• Over the Road Spills of Chemicals and Fertilizers
• Leaking Storage Tanks
• Site Explosions
• Pollutant Discharge into the Soil, Water, or Air
• Midnight Dumping
• Asbestos, Lead and Mold
• And similar risks

Responsibilities:

1. Perform account and exposure analysis.
2. Develop policy structures, account pricing, and recommend course of action.
3. Prepare quotes, binders, invoices, and underwriting worksheets.
4. Collaborate with Legal team for manuscript wording analysis and preparation.
5. Delegate and supervise account administration to Underwriting Assistant.

Required:

• 3+ years of Environmental Insurance or similar Underwriting experience.
