Rob Geraghty - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic Telemarketer to grow our client base and promote insurance products through outbound calls and text messages. This role offers hands-on experience in the insurance industry and a pathway for professional development.

You will conduct outbound calls, assess client needs, provide information and quotes, keep accurate records in our CRM, and collaborate with the sales team to hit weekly and monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
• Must be licensed, or willing to obtain insurance licensing upon hire.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outbound calls and texts to potential clients to introduce our insurance products and services.
