EY is seeking a Senior Consultant to join EY engagement teams, deliver consulting services and develop business with our clients: the largest providers of life insurance, group benefits and retirement. In this role, you will lead delivery of platform solutions and coordinate cross‑functional teams across business, technology and vendors.

You will travel up to 50% to meet client needs, gain exposure to digital and transformational tools, and contribute to continuous improvement and delivery

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of relevant working experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the delivery of platform solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, architecture standards, and program commitments.
• Manage delivery planning, execution, scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and milestones across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate platform configuration, integration, and implementation activities across business, technology, and vendor teams.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives.
• Monitor program health and delivery performance, proactively driving risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore teams to deliver quality outcomes and achieve program objectives.
• Support governance forums and stakeholder communications by providing status updates, delivery insights, and recommendations.
• Promote best practices in Agile/SAFe delivery, testing, release management, DevOps, and operational readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and delivery excellence.
