Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years (Master’s with 3+ years)
• Experience with insurance technology stacks and related systems
• Ability to lead requirements, architecture design and integration tasks
• Strong communication and client-facing skills

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions
• Support remediation and risk mitigation of processes
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with architecture and technology plans
• Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver end-to-end implementations
