Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 3+ years (or 5+ years) of relevant work experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or consulting.
• Experience with one or more of: Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen, MajescoMastek, DuckCreek, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, application configuration/integration, and data mapping/migration.
• Ability to deliver system implementations through all project life cycle phases using a proven methodology.
• Experience in software engineering best practices, code reviews, and deployment optimization.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to translate business problems into technology solutions.
• Support remediation and mitigation of process risk within client environments.
• Analyze business requirements for alignment with technology architecture and implementation plans.
• Assist engagement teams via requirements analysis, architecture design, and vendor selection.
