Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Industrial Administration, Business or related field; 5+ years of progressive work experience.
- Master’s degree with 3+ years of work experience as an alternative.
- 3+ years experience at a financial services company or advising insurance carriers.
- 2+ years managing a team of business/tech analysts through lifecycle.
- Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Cognos, Informatica.
- Proficiency in system and vendor selection, requirements, architecture design, BI/PMO.
- Strong communication for client presentations.

- Provide insights from data sources to verify solution fit and identify opportunities.
