Job summary

EY is actively seeking professionals to join our Insurance Technology practice in the US. You will work on technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers, delivering solutions across policy, billing, claims, data management, and integration.

You will partner with client teams to define architecture, select technologies, and oversee implementation, while benefiting from a flexible, hybrid work environment and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience qualifies.
• Experience with Guidewire or similar insurance platforms preferred.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements to transform business problems into technology solutions.
• Support risk remediation and mitigation across projects.
• Analyze requirements for alignment with architecture, infrastructure, and implementation plans.
• Contribute to data mapping, migration, and integration efforts.
