Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager, Life & Annuities Claims to lead end-to-end claims operations for a strategic client. You will oversee a high-performing team, drive SLAs, and push continuous improvement across policy administration, claims adjudication, and workflow optimization.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with technology, quality, and transformation groups to deliver exceptional service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field.
• 8+ years of Life & Annuities insurance operations experience, including claims administration.
• 3+ years in leadership of claims operations or large teams.
• Experience with client-facing BPS/shared services environments.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Life & Annuities claims operations and ensure compliant adjudication.
• Develop and mentor a team of managers, supervisors, and analysts.
• Monitor SLAs, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and business priorities.
• Identify process improvements through automation and workflow optimization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
• Provide executive-level reporting on trends and performance.
• Partner with technology and transformation teams to support digital initiatives.
• Assist with workforce planning and budgeting to meet demand.
