Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in consulting, corporate strategy or operations for Life/Commercial Insurance.
• Lean/Six Sigma process engineering experience to improve efficiency.
• Business architecture aligning strategy and execution.
• Delivery of customer experience across multi-persona journeys.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs for insurance clients with measurable value.
• Develop enterprise roadmaps and cross-functional delivery plans.
• Map journeys and design customer experience improvements.
