Qualifications

• 2 or 4 year college degree or equivalent of experience/education.
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring sales teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team's daily performance and targets.
• Expand business by building relationships with existing customers.
• Coach sales team to deliver high customer care.
• Oversee sales to meet operational targets and monitor performance.
• Handle escalated customer service questions and ensure SOE.
• Drive store operational excellence across all areas.
