Confie, one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the United States with 800+ locations, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team of sales professionals, deliver exceptional customer experience, and drive results that impact earning potential. You’ll mentor staff and leverage a high-volume inbound flow rather than cold calling.

You’ll guide performance, grow the business, coach for excellence, and resolve customer issues with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• 2- or 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive results: oversee team performance and ensure SOE is implemented.
• Grow business by building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional customer care.
