Full Time in Dallas, PA

Position Overview

Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If yes, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the right career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial services products.

Responsibilities

• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation

• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
• Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
• Organizational skills
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain and currently possess)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain and currently possess)
