Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responses to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing objectives.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation

Hourly pay plus commission/bonus. Base salary ranges from $36,000.00 to $49,000.00 per year. Additional benefits are listed above.

Requirements

• Self‑motivated
• Sales experience preferred (outside or inside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
• Ability to present to potential customers
• Must achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Experience in marketing
• Bilingual – Spanish preferred
• Must hold current Property and Casualty license
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health license
• Must be willing to work irregular hours
