Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to calls, chats, and tickets.
  • Assist with order problems, exchanges, edits, and tracking.
  • Develop knowledge of insurance products and effectively communicate this to customers.
  • Resolve compliance issues according to policies and procedures.
  • Support teamwork and morale as an active team member.
  • Follow all procedures, policies, and safety rules.
  • Maintain performance standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service and diffuse customer concerns professionally.
  • Assess customer needs and propose suitable insurance products.
  • Reconcile client payments within the policy system.
  • Update customer records accurately.
Minimum Requirements & Technology Experience
  • Experience with property and casualty insurance, umbrella policies, and commercial insurance.
  • 3-5 years of personal insurance experience, especially with umbrella coverages.
  • Ability to evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
  • Call center experience preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage daily activities efficiently.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
