Job summary

Spencer Hospital in Spencer, IA is seeking an Insurance Specialist to join our billing team. You will call payors for payment, process third party claims, and verify eligibility, coding and authorizations to ensure accurate submissions. Ideal candidates have hospital billing experience, knowledge of medical terminology, and strong communication.

EPIC experience is a plus. HS diploma required. Schedule: 80 hrs per pay period, Mon–Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm; benefits include IPERS, insurance and paid
