Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably as an Insurance Agent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of insurance products, including life, health, and property/casualty insurance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid insurance license and compliance with all state regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing concerns.
• Process applications for insurance policies and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
• Review and update clients' insurance policies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate advice.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term loyalty.
