Job description

Foxen advances financial wellness through multi-family real estate. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, we provide a platform of compliance solutions for multifamily property owners, operators and residents.

We’ve built a profitable, growing business in a challenging market. Customers stay and expand with us. Our product portfolio continues to deepen. And we still have significant room to grow.

That kind of momentum requires something specific from the people who work here: high standards, a builder’s mindset and ambition without ego.

Foxen isn’t for everyone. But for the people it’s for, it’s a supportive place to grow.

WhatYou’llDo:

The Insurance Solutions Analyst is the operational core of the Insurance Solutions team, responsible for the day-to-day execution that keeps Foxen's in-house P&C insurance agency and property damage liability waiver programs running. This role owns claims intake and triage, TPA coordination, FNOL management, customer and resident support, and ongoing reporting and Salesforce hygiene. You will report directly to the Director of Insurance Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Claims Intake & Triage
  • Monitor the Insurance Solutions inbox; review, triage, and respond to incident reports across CRM and communication platforms
  • Facilitate incident reporting to licensed Claims TPAs for the adjudication of claims on non‑admitted commercial lines policies issued by carrier partners; elevate customer inquiries and concerns to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Review FNOLs for accuracy and route to TPA; confirm liability waiver program or renters insurance coverage status for impacted residents
  • Maintain follow‑up tasks and daily CRM hygiene to ensure accurate claim records and reporting
  • Provide Foxen’s Legal team with necessary information to respond to regulator inquiries
TPA Coordination & Customer Support
  • Serve as day‑to‑day operational contact for TPA coordination and claims support
  • Address coverage questions from TPA, customers, and residents
  • Respond to claims and coverage inquiries from customers and residents; handle escalation calls
  • When escalated for review, assist in analyzing tenant renters insurance policies to confirm landlord coverage and certificate of insurance requirements are met
  • Set up external user access to claims and FNOL submission portals
  • Work with the Relationship Management Team and Customer Success Managers on support tasks
Documentation & Cross‑Functional Support
  • Support the Relationship Management Team and Customer Success Managers during customer‑facing meetings and training calls
  • Create and maintain referencedocumentation for operational and claims processes
WhatGreat Looks Like:
  • 1‑2 years of hands‑on claims handling experience, TPA, carrier, MGA, or insurtech claims operations preferred, with strong working knowledge of claims lifecycle, coverage structures, policy administration, and reserving
  • Demonstrated expertise in TPA coordination, FNOL intake, and Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. You arrive knowing how claims operations run and are ready to own them from Day 1
  • Proven ability to manage high‑volume operational work with precision
  • Strong background in customer and stakeholder communication and comfortable handling escalation calls, explaining coverage requirements and scope of liability waiver program to residents, and working cross‑functionally with various departments
  • Licensing Requirement: An active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is preferred. Candidates who do not currently hold a license must be willing and able to obtain the required license upon hire, with support provided by Foxen.
