We’vebuilt a profitable, growing business in a challenging market. Customers stay and expand with us. Our product portfolio continues to deepen. And we still have significant room to grow.

That kind of momentum takes a specific kind of person: high standards, a builder's mindset, and ambition without ego. If that sounds like you, you'll find a supportive place to grow here.

What You’ll Do:

As Compliance Manager, you'll be responsible for building and operationalizing Foxen’s compliance program, ensuring that regulatory, contractual, and internal legal obligations are clearly defined, tracked, and managed across the business. You will report to Foxen's Chief Legal & Insurance Officer, with a dotted line to Foxen's Senior Director, Associate General Counsel.

This role will support legal compliance across a range of regulatory and operational areas. It is a hands-on role focused on establishing visibility into compliance obligations and ensuring the business is equipped to meet them. You will work cross-functionally with Operations, Insurance Solutions, Product, IT Security and other business teams to translate requirements into practical workflows and drive accountability across the organization.

Our ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives building structure out of ambiguity and is energized by creating scalable processes that enable the business to manage risk effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day monitoring and tracking of state and federal legislative and regulatory activity across insurance, landlord-tenant, Fair Housing, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and consumer privacy laws, within a monitoring scope set jointly with Legal; provide clear summaries that enable Legal to assess business impact and advise the business.
  • Translate approved policies and governance decisions into documented processes, controls and supporting materials that drive consistent execution across the business.
  • Conduct periodic compliance reviews, track findings and lead remediation efforts through completion to strengthen operational compliance and accountability.
