Job summary

Trainees typically work on the mail desk or loss run desk under supervision, with performance monitored for advancement.

Responsibilities include creating documents, managing files, setting up client shells in Sagitta, and handling daily administrative tasks, mail, and loss run processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ability to receive within 2–3 months, or 1–3 years in a professional admin/customer service role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Reliable with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Respond to administrative requests and support the department with various tasks.
• Create Word documents and Excel spreadsheets; manage files and records.
• Set up client shells in Sagitta and process loss run reports.
• Download mail from carrier websites; scan and distribute via ImageRight.
• Handle special projects and enroll in relevant training for advancement.
