Job summary

Marsh seeks a trainee to progress into Insurance Associate roles, with eventual advancement to Client Administrator, Client Manager, and Client Executive positions. Trainees work on mail or loss run desks under supervision, rotating tasks to build department familiarity.

Responsibilities include creating Word/Excel documents, maintaining eMMA files, Sagitta client shells, and processing loss runs. Base salary ranges from $35,600 to $66,200 with performance incentives and a full rewards package.

Qualifications

• Creates Word documents and Excel spreadsheets.
• Maintains files and records in eMMA.
• Sets up client shells in Sagitta.
• Handles clerical tasks including copying, faxing, mailings and scanning.
• Processes loss run reports and requests loss runs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to departmental requests for administrative assistance.
• Organize and prepare documents and filings.
• Coordinate with carriers and wholesalers on loss runs and documentation.
• Support training activities and rotation of duties to develop department familiarity.
