Katie Kelly State Farm in Bellevue, WA is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Team Member to join our office. You’ll help customers, build relationships, and grow professionally in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

You’ll provide knowledgeable service, identify needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products. The role includes sales to warm customers, ongoing policy service, and account support.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Ability to pass the Property and Casualty licensing exam is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing, personable, and able to build relationships.
• Self-motivated with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Build relationships and help address insurance needs.
• Assist with policy questions, changes, billing concerns, renewals, and general account service.
• Follow up with warm customers and identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products.
• Explain coverage options clearly and accurately.
