Katie Kelly State Farm is seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Customer Service and Sales Team Member to join our Bellevue office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, and growing professionally in a supportive, customer-focused environment.

You’ll work directly with State Farm customers to provide knowledgeable service, identify their needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products. The position includes sales to warm customers—individuals who already have an interest in or relationship with State Farm—along with ongoing policy service and account support.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who brings positive energy to every interaction, takes pride in getting the details right, and is motivated to grow with the team. You should be comfortable balancing customer service with sales conversations and genuinely enjoy helping customers make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.

Salary Range: $38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities

Requirements

Previous customer service experience required.

Ability to pass the Property and Casualty insurance licensing exam is required.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Outgoing, personable, and comfortable speaking with customers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Self-motivated, dependable, and willing to take initiative.

Comfortable discussing customer needs and making appropriate product recommendations.

Desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term career.

Bilingual in Vietnamese, Chinese, or Spanish is a plus.

Insurance experience or an existing license is helpful but not required.
