AAA Auto Club Enterprises in California is seeking a customer service professional to provide insurance service and clerical support to our agents and members in our branch offices. You will assist members with questions, payments, counseling, and making changes to Property & Casualty policies.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in English and Mandarin, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships
