Qualifications

• Active Alabama Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Previous insurance or customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication across phone, email and in person.

Responsibilities

• Serve existing book of business: policy changes, billing questions, claims support.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities during every interaction.
• Process endorsements, renewals and new applications accurately.
• Follow up on pending items and renewal reviews.
• Educate customers on coverage options to ensure understanding.
• Maintain detailed notes in the agency management system.
• Hit monthly service and cross-sell targets.
