In addition to training, you will maintain policy files, process payments, verify new applications, and keep electronic member information up to date. The role emphasizes excellent customer relationships and legendary service.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a sales environment preferred; strong communication.
