Franklin Street in Tampa, Florida is seeking an Insurance Sales Associate to join our Insurance Team. The role includes a training program to develop the skills for a sales professional and obtain required licensing to perform effectively.

The position offers exposure to commercial insurance and real estate markets, with hands-on experience across initiation, conversion, and retention activities. A Florida 2-20 license or plan to obtain within 60 days is required.

Formación

• Two or more years in commercial insurance sales or related real estate experience.
• Active Florida 2-20 insurance license required or to be obtained within 60 days.
• Strong business development and relationship management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and assist senior producers during calls and note-taking.
• Conduct outreach sales calls to prospects in target markets.
• Maintain and analyze pipeline in Frankie CRM.
• Prepare proposals and submission documents for insurance placements.
• Create estimates for clients and prospects on assets they underwrite.
• Meet management-defined sales initiation, conversion, and retention targets.
