Meier Insurance Agency is seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our in-person insurance team. You will build client relationships, tailor coverage options, and learn the industry through comprehensive training designed to develop your sales—customer service skills and product knowledge.

We offer a compelling compensation package with a weekly draw, commissions, and bonuses from the start, plus licensing reimbursement and ongoing development.

Formación

• Experience using accounting or sales-related software is beneficial.
• Must be licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life license.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service experience.
• Bachelor's degree or 4 years professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Update reports, records, bookkeeping systems to report progress toward monthly sales goals.
• Tailor risk management strategies and client profiles to reflect each customer's needs.
• Stay updated on insurance rules to amend programs for clients.
• Implement marketing strategies including cold calling and networking to connect with potential clients.
• Conduct meetings with new and potential clients to present suitable policies.
