Qualificações

• Motivated and coachable attitude.
• Strong communication and people skills.

• Sales, customer service, retail, or leadership experience is a plus.

• Professional and positive attitude.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required — we will train the right person.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Generate and follow up on leads
• Quote and sell insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• Educate customers on coverage options and protect what matters most
• Work closely with agency leadership to develop sales and business skills
• Learn the day-to-day operations of a successful insurance agency
• Grow into increased responsibilities, leadership opportunities, and higher earning potential
