The Juris Agency in Minnesota is seeking an Agent Trainee for our Farmers Insurance office. This in-office role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear growth path toward leadership and top producer status.

You will build relationships, generate leads, quote and sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance, and learn day-to-day agency operations while being rewarded for performance with base pay plus commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Career minded vision.
• Be capable of handling customer rejection.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• T treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.
