Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking an Internal Sales Support Specialist in Boston with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support the sales team through pre-sales activities, advising on product details, case design, illustrations, and underwriting needs to ensure smooth sales cycles.

You will collaborate closely with producers, back-office teams, wholesalers, and internal partners to drive sales and strengthen the client’s brand.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree is required.
• FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 63 licenses are required.
• Strong sales acumen, excellent phone demeanor, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading support to sales teams and business partners across the life insurance sales process.
• Assist with product information, case design, illustrations, and new business/underwriting needs to ensure smooth sales cycles.
• Collaborate closely with producers, back-office teams, wholesalers, and internal partners to drive sales and strengthen relationships.
• Leverage your innovative mindset to create solutions that help win sales and strengthen the client's brand in the marketplace.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support the sales team and resolve challenges effectively.
